📐 How do I hang my neon sign?
super easy and doesn't require any installation. The acrylic backing has pre-drilled holes and we provide the mounting kit. You can simply hang your sign like a frame, all you need is an outlet to plug your sign is ready to shine.

💪🏼 What is the neon lifespan?
Our sign have a lifespan of 30 000 to 50 000 hours. it's 8 to 10 years of light if your sign is lighted 8 hours a day!

Sizing:

The sizing is determined by the length of the sign at the longest side, whether it is the height or length. In cases where the sign is taller than it is long, the height will be used to determine its size.

Please keep in mind that the mockup image provided is solely for reference purposes. The product you receive will be the size that corresponds to the size specified in your order.

For large sizes over 41 inches, the sign may be split into 2 or 3 pieces depending on the design, which ensures safe transportation and more reasonable pricing. Please rest assured that this will not affect the quality or aesthetics of the product as the acrylic is transparent, and when the pieces come together, they will look seamless and flawless. No need to worry about multiple wires either, as only one power cord is needed to power the entire product.

Follow these five simple steps:

Step 1: Decide where you want your neon sign to go and mark the spots on the wall.

Step 2: Use a drill to make a hole for the wall anchors at each marked spot.

Step 3: Insert the wall anchors into the holes.

Step 4: Take the metal cylinders and screw them onto the wall anchors, making sure to use the two shock bands to hold the acrylic in place.

Step 5: Use the coated screws to tighten the metal cylinders and secure your neon sign onto the wall.

Our estimated delivery timeframes include item processing time, shipping method, and your destination. Processing time varies by item, but we aim to prepare it as quickly as possible. For example, a neon sign requires 3-5 business days of processing time and 5-10 business days of FedEx shipping time, so you can expect to receive it in 8-15 business days. Returns/Cancellation

Custom pieces are non-returnable, but faulty items can be returned for a replacement. Pre-set designs can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
